Technical support for ThruPut Manager will now be provided through Compuware’s technical support communication channels. The Support Centre provides 24/7 services to our licensed ThruPut Manager customers and evaluators (trials).
This change will allow you to view, create and manage your support cases within our customer portal at go.compuware.com. This site will also be home to ThruPut Manager technical documentation, fixes, maintenance, technical alerts and product and license orders.
If you’re in a role where you need or want to engage with our ThruPut Manager Technical Support team, you’ll want to be sure you can access Compuware’s customer portal. Customers who have never used our support site in the past will be taken to the Compuware Support site to create an account.
